The Bigallo Hostel is happy to propose its “Full Moon Hike” on July 12th, 2014

Here is our program:

Arrival in late afternoon with accommodation in our Dormitories with common bathrooms
Departure from our medieval monastery at 09.00 pm. for a 9 km walk through the Tuscan countryside uphill till the Montecucco Hill.  Downhill till the monks Cross. Part of the Renaissance Ring,  the itinerary is characterized by continuous breathtaking night views of the city of Florence. Full Moon will give this place a unique atmosphere     – this hiking itinerary does not need specific training and is rather easy, walkers should have normal sports shoes, easy clothing and a torch
Midnight dinner served in our enchanting Medieval Kitchen or Terrace with view of Florence
Buffet Breakfast in the morning
